Sonesta is proud to invite your cuddly companions and provide special amenities like bowls, waterproof mats, and treats at check-in. We’ll greet your pet with an arrival letter outlining our local recommendations for a “pawsome” stay.  

Sonesta ES Suites Anaheim Resort Area is pet-friendly and welcomes well-mannered pets, with no breed or weight restrictions. Up to two pets are permitted per suite.  

A $75 fee applies for stays up to 7 nights; $150 for all longer stays.

We offer early check-in and late checkout, but both are subject to availability. To check in, you need to be at least 21 years of age and have a government-issued photo ID. A credit card or debit card is required for any incidental charges.

Additionally, the minimum check-in age during Spring Break is also 21. 

With everything from free breakfast and high-speed Wi-Fi to our fitness center, you'll have everything you need for a convenient and comfortable stay in Anaheim. If you need anything else during your stay, feel free to ask our friendly front desk staff.

Parking & Transportation 

While staying at Sonesta ES Suites Anaheim Resort Area, overnight parking fees are $28+tax per night. For those traveling with RVs, parking is available for $35, and for buses, it is $65.

Please note that Sonesta ES Suites Anaheim Resort Area does not offer shuttle services to or from John Wayne Airport (SNA).

Housekeeping 

At Sonesta, your health and safety are our top priorities. Based on our current housekeeping protocol, guests with a stay longer than 7 days will receive a full-service cleaning of their guest room once per week. For additional services during your stay, we would be delighted to accommodate your needs and kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. In the meantime, for additional towels, coffee & tea, and other amenities, please contact the front desk.

Getting There

Our hotel is conveniently situated just a few miles from the Disneyland® Resort. Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART) offers a shuttle service from our location to the parks. For the most up-to-date information regarding routes and pricing, please visit the ART website.

The Anaheim Regional Transport (ART) Shuttle connects you to Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, restaurants, shopping, dining, and other destinations within the Anaheim Resort area, including the cities of Anaheim, Garden Grove, Buena Park, Costa Mesa, and Orange.

How to Catch the ART Shuttle from our Sonesta ES Suites Anaheim Hotel

• The pickup/drop-off spot for the shuttle is located directly in front of our sister hotel, Sonesta Anaheim Resort Area, which is just a few steps from our hotel.
• The shuttle arrives approximately every 30 minutes.
• Passes start at $2.50 for children and $6.00 for adults for hop-on/hop-off service on any ART route.
• ART Shuttle operates 7 days a week. Service typically begins one hour before the Disneyland Resort® opens and continues until 30 minutes after close.
