Information About Accessible Guest Rooms

Our hotel has the following accessible suite types:

• Mobility/Hearing Accessible Larger Suite, One King, Trundle Bed, Roll-in Shower 
• Mobility/Hearing Accessible Larger Suite, Two Doubles, Trundle Bed, Roll-in Shower, Transfer Shower

Suites designated as mobility accessible have features for guests with mobility disabilities, including, but not limited to:

• Doorways that provide 32” of clear width
• Roll-in shower or tub with grab bars
• Bathroom with grab bars
• Accessible vanity
• Accessible route to all parts of the room

Suites designated as hearing accessible have features for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing, including visual alarms and notification devices.

A $15 hotel fee will be added to your stay. The fee includes:

Boarding at Airport, Dropping Off at Hotel

• Shuttle runs from 5:15 AM - 11:45 PM
• Arrives at the airport on the :15s & :45s of each hour during operation (15 mins past, and 15mins to, each hour)
• Pickup location is Ground Transportation
  • Go 1 level below baggage claim
  • Walk out the front doors, make a right, and walk to Parking Garage #2
  • The 3rd lane has "Waiting Area 2" - this is where the shuttle will be
  • Look for the "SONESTA" shuttle and tell the driver you're staying at Sonesta Select Nashville Airport Suites

Boarding at Hotel, Dropping Off at Airport

• Shuttle runs from 4:50 AM - 11:20 PM
• Arrives at the Front Entrance portico on the :20s & :50s of each hour during operation (20 mins past, and 10mins to, each hour)
