Suites designated as mobility accessible have features for guests with mobility disabilities, including, but not limited to:

• Roll-in shower or tub with grab bars (specific bathing fixture type is indicated for each room in the room name) 
• Lowered light switches and thermostats 
• Toilets with grab bars 
• Accessible vanity 
• Accessible route to all parts of the room 

Suites designated as hearing accessible have features for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing, including visual alarms and notification devices.

Sonesta is proud to invite your cuddly companions and provide special amenities like comfy pet beds, bowls, waterproof mats, and treats at check-in. We’ll greet your pet with an arrival letter outlining our local recommendations for a "pawsome" stay. 

Sonesta Select Columbia is pet-friendly and welcomes well-mannered pets, with no breed or weight restrictions. Up to two pets are permitted per suite. 

$75 fee per stay applies.

To ensure a smooth check-in process, please have a photo ID and a credit card ready for verification.

You will be required to provide a deposit of $100 for standard rooms and $250 for suite rooms which will be collected by credit card and fully refunded upon checkout, pending a property inspection. Please be aware that a deposit is charged for incidentals upon check-in.

Any special requests, such as early check-in, late checkout, and more, are subject to availability and additional fees may apply.

Please note that the minimum check-in age is 21 years old.

Housekeeping

At Sonesta, your safety and health are our top priority. Based on our current housekeeping protocol, guests with a stay longer than 7 days will receive a full-service cleaning of their guest room once per week.

For additional services during your stay, we would be delighted to accommodate your needs and kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. In the meantime, for additional towels, coffee or tea, and other amenities, please contact the front desk.
