Refundable Deposit Policy

A damage deposit of $150 USD is required upon arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

The hotel's complimentary airport shuttle runs 7 days a week between the hours of 6:00 AM - 10:45 PM.

Once you have retrieved your luggage from baggage claim, please proceed to the departure Level (upper level). Once outside look for the RED sign displaying "Hotel Shuttle and Private Parking shuttle pick-up".

Call the hotel (310) 322-0700 to request for pickup accommodations.

You can catch our shuttle the following way:

1. Please proceed to the lower floor following the sign "luggage claim".
2. Once you are near the luggage claim area, you will need to get the escalator to take you upstairs , outside, by the curb , to the departure level.
3. Our Shuttle stop is a red sign that says "Hotel shuttles."

Enjoy the convenience of self-parking in our well-lit lot for the duration of your stay. The daily rate for parking is $25.
