Airport Pick-Up to Hotel: After arrival to the airport and baggage claim, proceed to Ground Transportation located at pillars 5 & 6. Then, cross the street to the taxis and shuttles area. This is where you will await our hotel shuttle.  

At this time, you may call our hotel at 949-863-1999 to request for shuttle pick up. We are located just 1.5 miles from the airport and should arrive within 5-10 minutes from the time of your call. Due to airport safety and regulations, our drivers are not permitted to remain parked and waiting at the airport. 
 

Hotel Pick-Up to Airport: Upon hotel departure, you may schedule your airport drop off with our front desk team. Our shuttle leaves for the airport every hour on the hour when there are requests. Additionally, based on availability, we may be able to honor special time requests.  

Shuttle waiting area is located at hotel lobby or exterior bench located at hotel’s main entrance.
