The Butlers set up my transportation and took care of me from the moment I arrived. My Butlers Jorim, Kungnet AZUL Serena Point the Tall Manager don't have his name very good Waitress (Meema) excellent.

Everyone was lovely, the check-in process was simple and easy. The cold glass of champagne was a refreshing treat. Notoya was our waitress for most of our meals. She was so sweet and attentive. She knew what drinks we preferred and was so personable.

Never saw so many smiles from a staff very pleasant and very helpful I never heard the word no. The first Resort I've ever been to with that much live entertainment and the service was impeccable.

Amazing! It was super clean, amenities were all great, view was stunning pans the bed was comfortable! Orim and Damian were WONDERFUL. Jorim was our butler and has customer service in his blood. He was attentive when we needed him and always with a smile, and on the days we didn?t reach out to him, he would casually find us on property and make sure we were good. Start to finish, he was the best. And Damian was so fun at the Azul bar! Engaging and fun allowing us to get to know him and feel connected to the resort.

Check in was fast and smooth. We got all the information we needed quickly and efficiently. The new lobby was beautiful. Dane was our butler for the week and he made our trip so special. We celebrated our honeymoon and I will never forget how he was always there to make sure we had everything we needed. I often felt like we were the only guests there! I have never visited a resort where I felt like there wasn't anything more I could possibly want. My husband and I will be back for sure and Dane has a lot to do with that decision. He is an asset to your hotel.

Many people on the team were excellent, but as with last time Damien stood out. His is our favorite bartender, and it was very nice to see him again. He sang to my wife on her birthday which absolutely made her night. Every time we visit his bar we get the impression we are not the only ones who feel this way; he keeps everyone who is around him smiling!

Entire wait staff at Azul...they were great and had a great attitude toward guests. Check-in was seamless and the hostess presented us with information about the hotel, the surrounding area, and demoed the touch screen kiosk. We were greeted with a warm welcome from the time our taxi pulled up.

Gorgeous suite with beautiful views and clean! I could not have been happier!  Pools and beach were lovely. Service was incredible. Azul was our favorite restaurant! Service was impeccable and the setting is beautiful. We ate there for breakfast and dinner throughout our stay and each visit was better than the last. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the fantastic service and warmth of the staff.

Sharon @ the restaurants Greets customers with a great smile and very helpful! Aderkys Eloy front office supervisors was very helpful and kind! Cheryl @ the bar. Diane who brings the water for refig knows I only drink water no Alcohol. This has been our 11th visit to Sonesta Maho 1st to Ocean Point. I booked my next trip returning September 29, 2019 for 7 days, and again January 26, 2020 for 7 days. We love both places I will try the new Maho in September!

We absolutely loved it. It was spacious. The balcony has a gorgeous view. Everything was perfect We loved the new gym. The room service was awesome and the pool fun was non ending. The variety of food was awesome. Our favorite was the azul restaurant steak dinner and the candle light intimacy feeling. Room service took only 30 mins to arrive and everything was hot. We were very impressed.

The breakfast at Azul every morning was great. The omelets were delicious and the service was awesome! The dinner at Azul was not good, the selection of food was limited and the food did not taste good. The service was good. The Candle Light Grill was our best dinner, we had a lovely time with our server Andrew and the food was good. The room service food was ok. The service was great.

We were there during Irma and SOPR went out of their way to keep us safe and get us back to the states. The staff is amazing and friendly....they make Sonesta special and worth coming back to time after time. The staff was extremely friendly, food delicious, and drinks perfect. We were thrilled to see so many there that we made friends with before Irma. Our salsa class was so much fun and the instructors did a terrific job working with us! Lauren, Shep, and the rest of the entertainment team are amazing to say the least! I cried many times the day our taxi left because of the connection with so many of the staff there at Sonesta Ocean Point. Hands down Damion went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. Each night I ate in Azul, he immediately made my favorite drink (without me asking) and delivered it to my table. He is very pleasant and made my stay special. Kudos to him. — Tiffeny, January 2019
