Sonesta ES Suites San Antonio Downtown Alamo Plaza is pet friendly and welcomes well-mannered pets, with no breed or weight restrictions. Up to two pets are permitted per suite. 

$75 fee applies for stays up to 7 nights; $150 for all longer stays.

Upon check-in, the complete amount covering the room cost, taxes, and applicable fees will be charged, if not previously prepaid.

• Only bank-issued debit cards or major credit cards are accepted as valid payment methods. 
• Cash, prepaid cards, Chime, Cash App, or Mobile Banks cannot be used for payment. 
• Valid identification must be presented upon arrival and must match the name on the card used for payment.

Housekeeping Services

Based on our current housekeeping protocol, guests with a stay longer than 7 days will receive a full-service cleaning of their guest room once per week. For additional services during your stay, we would be delighted to accommodate your needs and kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. In the meantime, for additional towels, coffee & tea, and other amenities, please contact the front desk.
