General Rules

  • We have available for our guests, clients, visitors and collaborators, antibacterial gel based on glycerinated alcohol (minimum 70%) in public areas.
  • As a security process, temperature will be taken with the digital thermometer to our guests, collaborators and visitors at the entrance of the hotel.
  • The use of face masks is required in all internal and external public areas to safeguard the health and safety of our guests and hotel team members.
  • Guests and employees will always maintain 6 feet (2mts) of social distance. Social distancing must also be maintained in all public spaces; lobby, restaurants and gardens.

Arrival/Departure Experience

  • We have self-service parking available at the hotel 24 hours a day.
  • Limited contact check-in and check-out experience.
  • We perform baggage disinfection at the entrance of the hotel.

Housekeeping Services

  • Your room has been disinfected and sanitized prior to your arrival.
  • Non-essential items like extra towels, pen, paper and others have been removed from your room, these are available upon request.
  • We peform micronebulisations to the spaces near the room, like corridors to disinfect the surfaces that surround it.

Food & Beverage Services

  • We have taken different preventive measures for the provision of the food and beverage service, in order to take care of the health of our customers and guests, especially the way we serve our food.
