Welcome to Sonesta
On behalf of all of us at Sonesta, we are very excited about growing our company and welcoming your team to the Sonesta family. We know you must have many questions about what to expect and what the transition will bring. We have created this Employee Portal specifically to introduce you to Sonesta and to address some of your questions.
What do you need to do?
To ensure a smooth transition, we are asking each of you to complete a few online forms to begin building your personnel record with Sonesta. The fastest and easiest way to do this is by having you mimic some portions of our standard hew-hire process. Please click on the “Apply Now” button below to access your role in our HR system and complete your application. You can also View our instructions on how to apply, which you may print to have as a hard copy, to guide you through the relevant portions of the onboarding process.
We'd like to ask that you complete your online paperwork as soon as possible. This will include several standard additional items:
- A cleared background check; and
- I-9 and eVerify requirements satisfied; and
- New Hire Paperwork completed, including acceptance of your official offer letter within our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Workday.
We will conduct a background and employment eligibility check as we do for all Sonesta employees. The background consent form will come from DoNotReply@talentwise.com. Please complete the form within one day of receiving the email. All of these items will need to be completed before your first day as a Sonesta employee, except for the I-9/eVerify process, which occurs in your first official week with us.
