Our food and beverage department has a reputation for its outstanding service and attention to detail. All of our food and beverage is prepared on-site, embracing the philosophy of using the freshest of ingredients from local sources. This philosophy, which we call Food Is Art, allows us to create new seasonal menus, offering a unique culinary experience for your wedding day. In addition, custom designed wedding and groom's cakes can be created by our Executive Pastry Chef, Solandie Exantus.
