  • Eggs Sardou is presented with a silky Hollandaise and served over Artichokes with a hint of Absinthe.  At your option, add Oysters or Crab and you’ll enjoy a memorable beginning that will leave you wanting more.  
  • Try the Oyster Stew R’evolution presented with fresh Local Oysters and served in a Voul-au-vent, a puff pastry that is divinely light as air.  Chefs’ Eggs a la Crème features farm fresh Scrambled Eggs, Crawfish, Smoked Paprika and Cajun Caviar
  • Select the heartier Short Rib Grillades and Gravy Spanish Style with Creole Tomato Grits and Fried Oregano for another uniquely local brunch favorite with a twist.
  • There’s also R’evolution’s Pain Perdua New Orleans-style French Toast that’s served with assorted Mixed Berries and topped with freshly Whipped Cream for an artfully constructed dish that is delightfully satisfying.
