Yes, visit the profile page to make changes. Account email changes cannot be made online at this time. To change your account email address contact the Travel Pass team.
Please contact the Travel Pass team with the hotel name, confirmation number, your first and last name (as it appears on the reservation), member ID, and check-in date.
To change the email address assigned to your Travel Pass account, please contact our Travel Pass team.
Points should post to your account 24 hours after checkout, but can take up to 1 week. If your stay has not posted after a week, please contact the Travel Pass team.
Stay history includes reservations booked directly on Sonesta.com, the Sonesta mobile app, or on the phone with a Sonesta reservations agent. Reservations made through online third-party reservation service (i.e. Expedia.com, Booking.com), travel agents, or directly with front desk agents at the hotel, must be managed directly through those services.
