Sonesta Atlanta Airport South is pet friendly and welcomes well-mannered pets, with no breed or weight restrictions. Up to two pets are permitted per suite.

An early check-in option is only available upon request and cannot be guaranteed. A valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If you wish to check out late, please contact the hotel.

Upon check-in, we will authorize your credit card for the sum of each night’s room and tax charges, plus parking charges if applicable, as well as an additional $150 to cover incidental expenses during your stay such as restaurant and phone charges. Upon checkout, any amount authorized that was not used will be released, and your bank should release that hold typically within 5-7 business days.

Guests paying with a debit card should be aware that the funds authorized at the time of arrival are immediately deducted from your account by your bank. With a debit card, banks typically do not release the authorization taken at check-in for 7-10 business days. Therefore, many guests prefer to present a credit card at the time of check-in, and a debit card at the time of departure so that the hotel is only authorizing your debit card for the exact amount needed to settle your charges.

You are welcome to pay cash upon departure, but the hotel requires a credit card be presented and authorized for your stay at the time of arrival.

Atlanta Airport Shuttle Service

Our hotel provides a complimentary Atlanta airport shuttle service for the guests to and from the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL), which is only a 5-minute drive away.

The shuttle runs continuously on a 30-minute rotation and leaves the hotel at the beginning of each hour. To find the shuttle, guests should follow the signs for “GROUND TRANSPORTATION” at the airport, and proceed to the Hotel Shuttle pick-up lane. Once there, guests can request the hotel shuttle from the dispatcher on duty. No reservations or phone calls are required to use this service, it is available for guests on a first-come, first-served basis.

We prioritize your safety and well-being at all times. Our housekeeping protocol includes a full cleaning of guest rooms for stays longer than 7 days, which takes place once a week. For any additional cleaning services during your stay, please inform us with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and we will be happy to accommodate your request. For daily needs such as extra towels, coffee, tea, or other amenities, please reach out to the front desk for assistance.
