At the Royal Sonesta Hotel Boston, enjoy our full-service fitness center with a Cybex Multifunctional Trainer, Cybex Circuit Cable Weight Machines, True Fitness Bicycles, Precor Treadmills with CardioVision, Precor Stairmaster, and Precor AMT (Adaptive Motion Trainer), Precor Elliptical and free weights spaciously positioned in our 1,000 square foot, climate controlled workout facility; available 24-hours to hotel guests.

Additional features and amenities include men and women's locker rooms with dry saunas, towels, hair dryers, soaps and shampoo.
 

Atrium Style Pool 

Our atrium-style swimming pool, measuring 30' X 45' with a retractable roof and sliding glass walls is one of the largest pools in the Boston and Cambridge area. The pool offers three swimming lanes and a larger area for less strenuous pursuits, and overlooks the seasonal sun-deck. This pool is "chemical chlorine free" and is sanitized using an Electrolytic System and salt—offering a higher level of cleanliness without the harsh effects of chemical chlorine. Children 16 and under need to be accompanied by an adult. The pool does not have a lifeguard on duty.

The swimming pool is available daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Estetika esthetician services include facials, body treatments, face and leg waxing, spa manicures and pedicures.

Massage therapies include Swedish, deep tissue, sports and pre-natal massages.
