Ease into Thanksgiving Day by customizing your brunch with Omelets or Eggs Benedict prepared to order at our Omelet Station. Choose from an abundance of fresh seafood, market vegetables and a variety of cheeses to enhance your creation. Warm up with our seasonal Crab and Acorn Squash Bisque topped with Tarragon Créme Fraiche or get started with the Heirloom Tomato and Burrata Salad drizzled with Olive Oil and Balsamic. The choices are endless.
Your Thanksgiving feast would be not complete without sampling Chef Page’s Cajun Injected Deep Fried Turkey accompanied with Cranberry Chutney, Giblet Gravy and Oyster Dressing. If seafood is more to your liking, choose from the Smoked Salmon and Scallop Crepes, Pecan Crusted Paneed Redfish, or the Smoked Peppered Trout.
