The Restaurant Managers are responsible for running the daily operations of each shift including pre shift meetings with all service staff, training and constant evaluation of the staff and feedback. Each manager will be responsible for different aspects of the restaurant including the bar, paper goods, etc. The qualified candidate will assist in ensuring all team members follow the standards of the restaurant. He/She will have an outgoing personality, fine dining experience, and professional attitude and appearance.
Adhere to hotel standard in operating the dish machine to ensure that the restaurants and kitchen are properly cleaned and maintained. Assist in cleaning other kitchen equipment such as pots and pans. Must handle all dishes carefully to prevent breakage and losses. Responsible for using the correct cleaning chemicals for designated items according to OSHA standards. Set up work station with proper equipment and organize the breakdown area for dirty ware. Remove excess food and debris from soiled ware before placing in the machine. Remove washed ware, allow them to dry, and put them away in designated area. Inspect the cleanliness and condition of all washed equipment areas and clean any items not meeting standards again. Report damages, maintenance problems, or safety hazards to supervisor immediately. Organize and restock area for the next shift. Other duties as needed. Previous experience preferred, but not required.
