Non-Exempt Positions

Banquet Setup, Banquet Servers, Banquet Captain
Join our banquet team as a setup associate or banquet server hosting events in Hilton Head's premier event spaces and ballroom. Previous banquet or catering service is preferred.

Bartenders
Looking for high energy bartenders with a passion for drinks, service and mixology. Must have 2-3 years experience in high volume bar/lounge setting with food service..

Housekeeping Supervisor
Looking for a team-oriented, self-starter to help oversee operations in our Housekeeping Department, as well as our Laundry Department. Ideal candidate will have High School diploma or equivalent plus one-year housekeeping experience in a hotel/resort or similar setting. Some college and some supervisory experience is preferred. Fluency in English is required.

Room Attendants
Looking for detail-oriented, customer service driven individuals with previous experience in a 4 or 5 diamond hotel to help clean and maintain guest rooms and public spaces throughout the hotel. Must speak fluent English.

Seasonal Guest Services Representative
Check-in/check out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner; process all payments according to established procedures. High School diploma or equivalent, plus one year front desk/guest service experience. Some college preferred. Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.

Servers/Cocktail
Looking for friendly, customer service oriented individuals with knowledge of food and beverage products to join our team of experienced servers. Work experience in casual, poolside or resort setting is preferred but not required; Must have 1-2 years experience as a waiter/waitress or cocktail server.
