The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of multiple full-service food and beverage outlets on a daily basis and coordinating special events. Must be knowledgeable of federal, state, and local regulations concerning health safety. Ensure that staff members are cross trained in different food and beverage outlets in order to maximize efficiencies at all times and based on business demands. Work closely with Outlet Supervisors in all aspects and plan the progression and development of Supervisors within the department guidelines. At least 1-2 years restaurant management experience in a full service outlet, fine dining restaurant, or similar setting.
Banquet Setup and Banquet Servers
Join our banquet team as a setup associate or banquet server hosting events in Hilton Head's premier event spaces and ballroom. Previous banquet or catering service is preferred.
Prepare beverages and/or serve food for the customer in a prompt and courteous manner while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency. Basic reading, writing, and math skills. Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments. Formal bartending training preferred. Must meet state legal age requirements. Must speak fluent English.
Coordinate services for clients and in-house guests and provide administrative and sales support to the Catering & Sales departments. Provide a high level of administrative support for the office including, but not limited to, phone coverage, call screening, appointments, scheduling meetings, copying, reports, monitoring office supplies and equipment maintenance. Other related duties as required. Must have outstanding computer skills, superb customer service skills, and exceptional communication skills. High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 1 year experience in a sales/catering office or related field. Some college preferred. Must speak fluent English.
