Banquet Houseperson (on-call)

Set-up and break down all meeting rooms, banquet space and ballroom areas.  Clean and maintain all corridors, vending areas, elevators and landings and service areas in the banquet facilities ensuring hotel’s standards of cleanliness.

Oversee the execution of all banquet events to ensure optimum performance, superior guest service, and maximum profitability of all functions.  Maintain quality, service, and operating standards as established by the Brand to ensure quality and consistency.  Adhere to federal, state and local regulations concerning health safety or other compliance requirements.

Front Desk Supervisor

Provide timely and professional check-in/check-out services in accordance with established scripting and standards.

Prepare meals in accordance with portion and quality standards specified in recipes.  Control food usage to minimize waste.

Bellperson/Driver

Drive hotel van or designated vehicles to and from guest destinations and transport luggage to and from guest rooms in a prompt and safe manner.

Handle room service orders via phone from guests. Ensure orders are accurately posted to the appropriate guest account.
