Check-in time is 3:00PM. Check-out time is 12:00PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and subject to charges. An early departure charge of $50 plus tax will be charged to guests who check out prior to their scheduled departure date without 24hr advance notice. A valid credit card is required at check-in.
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus $50 per night to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 3-5 Business Days after departure to be released.
Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check into hotel.
Royal Sonesta Houston is a non-smoking property. There is a $350 fine for violation of the smoking policy.
Royal Sonesta Houston is a pet friendly hotel and accepts animals of less than 40 pounds. Limit to two dogs per guest room. A non-refundable $50 fee, per pet per stay, will be charged to your account upon check-in.
NOTE: If extensive cleaning and repairs are necessary beyond the normal deep cleaning process, additional fees may be incurred

For your convenience our complimentary shuttle will transport guests to and from points of interest in Houston within a 3 mile radius. Shuttle service is available on a first come, first served basis in front of the hotel. An ADA accessible vehicle is also available upon request. The Front Desk or Valet is happy to make arrangements with you.
