Pesto Burger RECIPE

In celebration of National Burger Month in May, the Pesto Burger will be available at Axis Lounge exclusively on May 14-20 paired with a locally brewed craft beer for only $18. Ingredients

  • 1 eight ounce 44 Farms Burgers Patty
  • 2 slices Provolone Cheese
  • 2 slices Heirloom Tomatoes
  • 2 ounces Basil Pesto
  • 1 toasted Brioche Bun

Method

Cook the burger patty over a grill until desired doneness, topping the burger with two slices of provolone cheese while on the grill.  Toast the bun. Place the patty on top of the bun, then top with two slices of heirloom tomato and the pesto. Top with the bun. Enjoy!

BBQ Brisket Double Cheese Burger RECIPE

In celebration of National Burger Month in May, the BBQ Brisket Double Cheese Burger was available at Axis Lounge exclusively on May 1-6 paired with a locally brewed craft beer for only $18. If you can't make it to Axis in time, Chef Robert Graham has graciously shared his recipe below for you master chefs at home to try...

Ingredients

  • 2 eight ounce 44 Farms Burgers Patties
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 slices BBQ Beef Brisket
  • 2 ounces Coleslaw
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 toasted Brioche Bun

Method

Cook the two burger patties over a grill until desired doneness, topping each burger with two slices of cheddar cheese while on the grill. Fry one egg sunny side up and place to the side. Toast the bun. Place two patties on top of the bun, then top with two slices of BBQ brisket, coleslaw and the fried egg. Top with the bun. Enjoy!
