Effective November 25, 2020, the government of Sint Maarten has approved a negative nasopharyngeal swab rapid antigen test for COVID-19 for entry to the destination. A negative nasopharyngeal swab PCR test is also still valid. Travelers to Sint Maarten are required to complete a mandatory health authorization application via the Electronic Health Authorization System (EHAS) available on www.stmaartenentry.com and upload their negative rapid antigen test result not older than 48 hours prior to arrival or their negative RT-PCR test not older than 5 days prior to arrival. More details, including which specific brands of rapid antigen tests are accepted, can be found at the government’s official website: stmaartenentry.com.

The resort offers new on-property rapid antigen testing for guests. The Abbott Panbio™ COVID-19 Ag Rapid Test is administered by a healthcare professional, with results available within 30 minutes. All results are certified by a doctor and sent via email, with a hard copy available if the guest desires.
