Take the train, from Urubamba station, towards Macchu Picchu , one of the new Seven Wonders that is located 130 kilometers northeast of the city of Cusco, at 2200 meters above sea level. The station is just 15 minutes away from the hotel. Known as a "Fortress" due to its magnificent walls. Its fine architectural work, as well as the quality of each carved stone, make Ollantaytambo one of the most spectacular and impressive places made by the Incas.

Enjoy activities such as rafting, horseback riding or hiking to the Salinas de Maras, where you will witness more than 5,000 pools of salt extraction, built during Inca time and the Archaeological Center of Moray, which is a series of concentric circular bowl-shaped terraces, which give the feeling of being an artificial crater and was used as a agricultural research centers of the Inca Empire.

Chinchero

The small rustic town of Chinchero is located along the main road between Cusco and Urubamba.  It is home to the famous Peruvian fabric and also has a colorful market. The small market can be visited most days of the week, but Sunday is definitely the most active and interesting day to visit.

The Inca Trail to Machu Picchu is a hiking trail in Peru that ends in Machu Picchu .  It is considered one of the most famous excursions and hikes in South America. It is a 43 kilometer route through ancient Inca trails to Machu Picchu. The duration of the tour is 4 days and 3 nights. Tourists have the opportunity to appreciate the scenic beauty with Inca archaeological sites including the Wonder of the World.
