The Beach Pavillion

Ideal for a beach wedding, the Pavilion is perfect for 65 to 200+ guests. This 7, 000 square foot covered facility is nestled between our lush grounds and the pristine South Carolina coastline that allows you to hold not only your reception but your ceremony as well. With beautiful views in all directions and a picturesque bridge over the lagoon, the pavilion offers a great location for wedding photos.

Along with private access to the beach, the Pavilion offers other unique features including an oyster roast deck, retractable glass walls with heating elements for year round comfort and private restrooms that are climate controlled.

The Shipyard Beach Club

Perfect for events of 35 to 100 guests, this premier facility offers both indoor and outdoor flexibility. The oceanfront deck and gazebo boasts a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the sandy beaches of Hilton Head Island. The climate controlled indoor space includes a plantation style breezeway which welcomes your guests to the lounge, dining area and ocean deck.

Heyward's Terrace

An open-air atmosphere perfect for intimate weddings or a cocktail hour with views of the tropical courtyard and lagoon area. (25-40 guests)

Santee Ballroom

The Santee Ballroom is the most flexible of all our venues. Elegantly decorated, it features 10,000 square feet of function space and can be adjusted to accommodate events of 25 to 800 guests. The neutral & contemporary décor complements any wedding theme. All ballroom spaces include a spacious foyer area perfect for your receiving line or cocktail hour.

Mid-Island Lawn

An open-air atmosphere - this is the perfect location for an intimate weddings or cocktail hour offering views of the tropical courtyard and lagoon area.
