Hotel stays can take a few days to appear in your Sonesta Travel Pass account. Please allow up to 1 week after your check-out date for stays in the U.S. and up to 10 days for stays outside the U.S.
If your stay has not appeared within the time frames listed above, please complete the Missing Stay Request form on this page.
Please remember to always include your Travel Pass member ID on future reservations to ensure your stay will appear in your account after check-out.
