After the first contact with the meeting planner where we detail the event information and provide us with your requirements, we prepare a proposal with the quote.  Follow up will be done to confirm the event.  Once confirmed and signing the contract, the deposit is coordinated, an event order will be generated.  Before the event and depending on the complexity of the event, a tasting of the menu is made 15 days before to have the opportunity to change and modify with the Chef.
