Handicraft Market of Guayaquil: The artisan market that has been in operation since July 24, 1982, is the site of integration of artisans and merchants whose merchandise is based on manufactures. Its construction is the work of the Municipality with the purpose of facilitating the commercialization of handicrafts, besides creating work places and favoring national and foreign tourism. Historic Park : It is a recreational park with a space of wildlife and culture that exhibits species of flora and fauna of Guayaquil, in addition to old houses in the urban area that were dismantled from their original location and rebuilt in this place.  During the tour you can make some stops in places that will allow you to observe a variety of animal or plant species of the park in their natural habitat, such as: Waterfowl, Deer, Birdwatching, Parrots, the Aquarium, Monkey Island, Night animals and River View, among others. La Perla: Tourist Icon of Guayaquil.  With 57 meters of height, it is the first giant wheel of Ecuador and the highest in South America. Puerto Santa Ana and Las Peñas Neighborhood: Real estate and tourist complex located in the city of Guayaquil, under the slopes of the hill Santa Ana . It has several office buildings, shops and departments, as well as plazas, museums and a boardwalk that borders the Guayas River and connects with the Las Peñas neighborhood which is crossed by Numa Pompilio Llona Street, named after the Municipality of the city, was declared cultural heritage of Ecuador, mainly by the houses that are located in the sector, some with more than 100 years old.  Between 2002 and 2008, the Municipality carried out a restoration and regeneration process in the area where you can enjoy a variety of bars and restaurants.  More information about Las Peñas neighborhood
