Conference Services Manager
We are seeking an experienced Conference Services Manager who will report to the Director of Conference Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven record managing the operation of groups within a hotel. Additionally, they will be the logistics and service liaison between convention/meeting clients and all hotel departments. Continuous follow-up with the client prior to the meeting date is needed to detail all aspects of the convention/meeting including, but not limited to, food, beverage, handling room blocks, audio/visual, transportation, activities, and billing. An extremely detail-oriented candidate with strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and professional attitude is preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in an ambitious working environment is crucial. The successful candidate must also have the ability to help manage a high quality conference department in expanding its revenue while maintaining the standard of service. Conference Services Management experience in an upscale hotel environment preferred.

Culinary

PM Line Cook
Supervises the entire food preparation staff. Supervises all cooking operations by inspecting food preparations. Plans meals and assists the Executive Chef with various assignments, i.e., pricing, menus, etc. Requisitions food and equipment and performs other related duties as well as assisting the Food and Beverage Director.

Food & Beverage

On-Call Banquet Server
Provide prompt and courteous food and beverage service to guests during banquet/catering functions. Perform pre and post shift side work; set-up, condiments, etc. Clear tables after service. Perform other duties as assigned which may include assisting with set up and break down of function space, and plating of meals. (flexible shift)

Front Office

Front Desk Agent (Overnight)
Welcomes and registers hotel guests adhering to established credit policies and procedures. Checks in and out all hotel guests, assists with requests such as directions, restaurant recommendation, reservations, etc. Quotes room, rate, and availability for current and future dates. Must have a minimum of 1 year customer service experience, preferably with hotels. Flexible shift and English required. Overnight position

Guest Service Representative
1 year experience. Welcomes and registers hotel guests adhering to established credit policies and procedures. Check in and out all hotels guests, as well as assist with requests.

Housekeeping

Room Attendants
Responsibility for the cleaning and maintaining of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with established hotel procedures.
