Catering

Catering Administrative Assistant
Performs general secretarial duties, including typing, answering multi-line telephone, composing memos and letters, filing and copying. Processes all paper flow in and out of Catering Department. Maintains several filing systems of functions, client, as well as pertinent hotel records and information. Handles/forwards guest request, guest inquiries, questions, complaints in a courteous and timely manner.

Conference Service

Conference Concierge
The ideal candidate will work closely with Catering and Banquets departments to handle all client or event needs. Excellent communication skills. Experience in the Hospitality Industry in the Conference service discipline. Computer literate, Opera proficient a plus. Knowledge of the Banquet room sets and procedures.

Culinary

PM Line Cook
Supervises the entire food preparation staff. Supervises all cooking operations by inspecting food preparations. Plans meals and assists the Executive Chef with various assignments, i.e., pricing, menus, etc. Requisitions food and equipment and performs other related duties as well as assisting the Food and Beverage Director.

Food & Beverage

Banquet Houseperson
Responsible for setting up and breaking down all function rooms as assigned by the Banquet Manager or Banquet Captain. Keep banquet storeroom clean and organized at all times. Verify that function rooms are locked and A/C and lights are turned off before leaving for the evening. Previous hotel experience preferred. Flexible shifts.

Hostess/Greeter
Must be able to communicate in English, greet and escort guests to tables, assist in seating, taking reservations. Part-Time flexible shift.

Front Office

Guest Service Representative
Welcomes and registers hotel guests adhering to established credit policies and procedures. Check in and out all hotels guests, as well as assist with requests.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping Coordinator
Performs all necessary clerical related duties in a professional manner with a high level of workmanship and skill. Performs general secretarial duties, including typing, dictation, filing and answering phones. Processes all paper flow in and out of the Director of Property Services’ office. Maintains a filing system of reports and pertinent Housekeeping records. Maintains and tracks weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.

Room Attendants
Responsibility for the cleaning and maintaining of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with established hotel procedures.

Sales and Marketing

Group Sales Manager
The Group Sales Manager is responsible for representing the company to customers, the public, government, and other external sources. This person will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in their assigned market. Listen to customer needs, analyze this information and create tailored proposals. Negotiate and close sales while meeting/exceeding sales targets. Earn business through tailored proposals, quality and timely service in a pleasant and friendly manner. Work with management throughout the hotel and the company.
