High School degree or equivalent. Minimum one year of accounts payable experience. Previous hotel experience preferred. Good computer skills. English required. Codes invoices per hotel chart of accounts. Takes advantage of all cash discounts. Prepares all weekly checks on a timely basis. Maintains account payable files. Checks footing and extensions of all invoices. Assures all invoices are properly approved. Performs month-end closing in a timely manner.
Executive Meeting Manager
We are seeking an assertive and confident conference services/sales professional to join our team. The EMM is responsible for generating new revenue as well as maintaining key accounts in the local corporate market. The ideal candidate is someone who is assertive, confident, accustomed to operating at a fast pace and someone who embraces the challenges that come with balancing prospecting for new business, maintaining strong relationships and paying attention to details in order to provide a high level of customer service. Reporting to the Director of Conference Management, ideal candidate will have a proven record in prospecting/selling, providing excellent customer service and will be extremely detail-oriented, with strong written, verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. A mature and professional attitude is a must. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in an ambitious working environment is crucial. Two to four years experience in same or similar role. College degree or equivalent in experience required.
Chef la Partier
Supervises the entire food preparation staff. Supervises all cooking operations by inspecting food preparations. Plans meals and assists the Executive Chef with various assignments, i.e., pricing, menus, etc. Requisitions food and equipment and performs other related duties, and assists the Food & Beverage Director.
PM Line Cook

Food & Beverage
Responsible for setting up and breaking down all function rooms as assigned by the Banquet Manager or Banquet Captain. Keep banquet storeroom clean and organized at all times. Verify that function rooms are locked and A/C and lights are turned off before leaving for the evening. Previous hotel experience preferred. Flexible shifts.
Must be able to communicate in English, greet and escort guests to tables, assist in seating, taking reservations. Part-Time flexible shift.
One year experience, excellent customer skills and a clear driving record, must have a valid Texas driver’s license. Drives the hotel van and/or town car, transporting hotel guests to/from assigned destinations safely, efficiently and courteously. Adheres to all local and state driving laws. Ensures safety and security of passengers and vehicle. Flexible shift – (full-time)
Guest Service Representative
Welcomes and registers hotel guests adhering to established credit policies and procedures. Check in and out all hotels guests, as well as assist with requests.
Provides information to guest/visitor inquiries and coordinates all guest requests for special arrangements or services, courteously and efficiently. Informs guests of hotel services, features and room amenities as well as local attractions and city features. Attends to immediate needs of V.I.P.'s upon arrival and follow through attention throughout stay.
Performs all necessary clerical related duties in a professional manner with a high level of workmanship and skill. Performs general secretarial duties, including typing, dictation, filing and answering phones. Processes all paper flow in and out of the Director of Property Services’ office. Maintains a filing system of reports and pertinent Housekeeping records. Maintains and tracks weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Responsibility for the cleaning and maintaining of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with established hotel procedures.
Schedules and assigns duties to laundry and valet workers. Ensures that linen and supplies are kept stocked adequately. Keeps record on receiving and issuing supplies. Supervises the work done by both linen room and laundry workers in processing and distributing linens and supplies. Keeps records on linen and work performed. Ensures chemicals are adequately stocked.
