Accounts Receivable Clerk
High School degree or equivalent. Minimum one year of accounts payable experience. Previous hotel experience preferred. Good computer skills. English required. Maintains accounts receivable ledgers to include accurate and timely preparation of accounts receivable statements.
PM Line Cook
Supervises the entire food preparation staff. Supervises all cooking operations by inspecting food preparations. Plans meals and assists the Executive Chef with various assignments, i.e., pricing, menus, etc. Requisitions food and equipment and performs other related duties as well as assisting the Food and Beverage Director.
Food & Beverage
Responsible for taking orders and serving beverages to patrons and maintaining tables.
Server (AM/PM shift)
Serves meals to guests in our restaurant. Takes orders, clears tables as needed, refills condiments, sets up tables according to the restaurant standards. Other duties as needed. Prior experience or training in high volume, fast paced outlets preferred. 1 year restaurant experience. Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours. (full-time)
Food and Beverage
Responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager and Outlets Managers in overseeing outlet operation. Ensures staff is aware of status of specials. Prepares weekly work schedules and reviews payroll and tip distribution for staff. Assigns work and side duties to staff. Monitors staff performance. Previous experience of restaurant or food and beverage management preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days nights weekends and holidays.
One year experience, excellent customer skills and a clear driving record, must have a valid Texas driver’s license. Drives the hotel van and/or town car, transporting hotel guests to/from assigned destinations safely, efficiently and courteously. Adheres to all local and state driving laws. Ensures safety and security of passengers and vehicle. Flexible shift – (full-time)
Guest Service Representative
1 year experience. Welcomes and registers hotel guests adhering to established credit policies and procedures. Check in and out all hotels guests, as well as assist with requests.
Responsibility for the cleaning and maintaining of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with established hotel procedures.
Director of Human Resources
As Director, you will join the executive committee as member of the leadership group providing strategic support, consultation, coaching, direction and advice on all human resource related and culture topics. Develop and manage all human resource policies and activities such as staffing, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and employee services. Supervise two human resource professionals. Work closely with Vice President of Human Resources and corporate training team. The Sonesta portfolio is positioned for significant growth this year. Executive Meetings Manager
2 years hotel sales or marketing experience to include 1 year of F&B, responsible for booking and detailing corporate meetings of 35 rooms or less. Solid knowledge of food and beverage, effectively manage assigned territory through outside sales calls, telephone solicitation, sales trips, facility tours, entertainment, blitzes and appropriate written correspondence. Strong product knowledge of the hotel, its facilities, capacities and its services.
