The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of multiple full-service food and beverage outlets on a daily basis and coordinating special events. Must be knowledgeable of federal, state, and local regulations concerning health safety. Ensure that staff members are cross trained in different food and beverage outlets in order to maximize efficiencies at all times and based on business demands. Work closely with Outlet Supervisors in all aspects and plan the progression and development of Supervisors within the department guidelines. At least 1-2 years restaurant management experience in a full service outlet, fine dining restaurant, or similar setting.

Lead the set-up and break-down and/or service and clean up of banquet functions during assigned shift. Assign work and monitor the performance of scheduled banquet staff. Provide training and corrective instructions. Work closely with Kitchen Staff to communicate speed of service, client numbers, and special requests. Participate in pre-function meeting and review all information pertinent to service and set up of group. Inspect scheduled function areas/rooms, table set-ups, bar set-ups, buffet tables, receptions and coffee breaks for cleanliness, attractiveness, and proper layout. Perform other duties as assigned. Director of Guest Services
Direct the activities of the Front Office Areas to ensure the achievement of established quality and guest service standards and departmental revenue and profit goals. Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations concerning hotel emergency procedures, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent and 4 years guest service/hotel experience with 2 years in a management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred.
In-Room Dining Server
Provide fast and courteous service of food and beverages to guest rooms and ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards. Basic reading and writing skills are required. Minimum of 6 months food service experience in an upscale atmosphere with general knowledge of restaurant operations is preferred. Previous hotel restaurant experience preferred.
Provide guests with exceptional nail treatments and customer service. Main duties include giving manicures and pedicures, recommending treatments to guests, and maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment at all times. Advanced vocational training, plus one-year of experience. Must have and maintain all licensing requirements of the state of South Carolina. Must maintain excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. Must have a high school diploma and speak fluent English.
Looking for a motivated individual to perform basic professional accounting duties under limited supervision to maintain control over expenses, income, assets, and liability of the hotel to ensure the security of the assets of the company in a centralized accounting environment. Primary responsibilities include Accounts Payable and General Cashier. College degree preferred. Must be detail oriented. Strong organizational skills and excellent customer services skills required.
