Host/Hostess
Good communication skills and excellent customer service required. Courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist in seating, ensuring hotel’s standards of service. Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and maintain the cleanliness of the room at all times. Assist in monitoring guest needs and all phases of the operation. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Engineering

Director of Engineering
The Director of Engineering position will oversee the operations of the Engineering Department. The candidate will coordinate and operate, in an economical, legal and safe manner, all heat, light and power for the hotel, inspect physical plant and equipment, and shall supervise maintenance and preventative maintenance program of that area. This person will coordinate with other departments all work necessary to maintain general conditions, safety and health standards set forth by hotel policy and legal requirements. He or she should recommend to management possible projects for future capital budgets, obtain bids, supervise and coordinate contractors in performance of project work. The Director of Engineering coordinates and attends the Safety Committee with Director of Human Resources, and maintains the grounds and landscape areas of the hotel to include the garage. This person will purchase all engineering items for the hotel, according to budget, and prepare and annual budget and coordinates it with the General Manager. The Director of Engineering is a member of the Executive Committee must attend all functions and meetings.

Front Office

Front Desk Agent
Welcomes and registers hotel guests adhering to established credit policies and procedures. Check in and out hotel guests, as well as assist with any requests such as directions, restaurant recommendations, reservations, etc. Quotes room and rate availability for current and future dates. Assists with answering the hotel’s switchboard and directs caller appropriately. Must have a minimum of 1 year customer service experience, preferably with hotels. Flexible schedule and English required.

Front Desk Supervisor
Provides exceptional levels of guest service throughout guests' stay, respond to emergency codes, implement and train staff on new procedures, ensure that all front office quality standards are adhered to, increase communication levels within the hotel both with other departments as well as guests to ensure satisfaction. Supervises the front desk agents in their daily activities and assures a good guest experience. Excellent guest communication and guest service skills. Previous Front Office customer service supervisory experience preferred. This person must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Marketing

Director of Sales & Marketing
The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for implementing all marketing programs and activities to support revenue goals including transient rooms, group food and beverage, meeting room rental and local catering, in addition to assisting and actively participating in yield management strategies. This position works closely with the General Manager, Director of Revenue Management, Marketing Manager and sales team to develop marketing plans and strategies. This position requires excellent communication skills - verbal and written a passion for marketing and strategic thinking organizational capabilities and detail orientation. The Director of Sales and Marketing works closely with the Corporate Sales & Marketing Team and is a member of the Executive Committee.

Sales

Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Performs general administrative duties and answers/ forwards client requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner. Maintains a filing system. Compiles computer reports. Efficiently handles all inquiries in the absence of Director of Sales & Marketing and Sales Managers. Previous experience in hotel and sales preferred. Strong customer service skills. Prior Property Management System knowledge such as Opera a plus. Good written and verbal communication skills a must. Multitask oriented and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
