The Accounting Clerk is responsible for supporting the Assistant Controller and Controller in all aspects of accounting such as accounts receivable, payable, income audit and general cashier. The accounting clerk will also assist with the general ledger and balance sheet accounts. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is preferred and knowledge of Micros, Opera, Yardi, CIA and other accounting databases is a plus.
Line Cook 3
Responsible for full set up and preparation of hot food items for restaurants. Assists Restaurant Chef with organization and sanitation of main kitchen including walk-ins & freezers. Control quality and consistency of all food served. Insure that station or relevant prep list is set in a timely manner. Assists in controlling food costs. Demonstrates knowledge of all food items produced by an assigned station. Handles and stores food properly and safely. Produce all orders consistently, quickly, and in accordance with established quality standards. Demonstrates safe and competent use of all tools: knives, pots, pans, stoves, ovens, grills, slickers, steamers, etc. Demonstrates knowledge of all basic techniques: sauté, braise, poach, grill poele, fry, steam, etc. Dress in the full appropriate uniform at all times. Respect scheduled hours of work and have all exceptions to these scheduled hours approved by a manager. Demonstrate respect for fellow associates, equipment, and customers. Helps assist in other areas of kitchen when not busy.
Front Desk Agent
Welcomes and registers hotel guests adhering to established credit policies and procedures. Check in and out hotel guests, as well as assist with any requests such as directions, restaurant recommendation, reservations, etc. Quotes room and rate availability for current and future dates. Assist with the answering of hotel’s switchboard and directs caller appropriately. Must have a minimum of 1 year customer service experience required, preferably with hotels. Flexible schedule and English required.
Responsible for cleaning rooms including bathrooms, making beds, sweeping the patio and cleaning the outside tables and chairs. Plus other related duties. A high school degree is preferred. Housekeeping experience and prior hotel experience are preferred. Detail oriented. Must be able to push, pull and/or lift 40 lbs. Must be able to communicate in English with guests and employees.
Panorama Restaurant & Sky Lounge
Mixes all beverages for guest and wait staff, utilizing beverage control systems as specified. Secures all liquor and bar supplies and completes storeroom requisitions. Performs daily inventory of beer, liquor, wine, water, juices, etc. Other related duties. High school degree or equivalent. Minimum 1 year experience as a Bartender required; English required.
Sets tables and pantry station for the shift. Assists servers with water, bread and butter service and any other assistance. Assists with clearing and resetting of tables at conclusion of each course or meal. Sets up and breaks down buffets as needed. High school degree or equivalent. One year restaurant experience preferred. English required.
Expected to greet guests at initial contact. Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service. Take guest orders properly and promptly. Write all orders on check legibly. Ring all Food and Beverage items and settle guest’s check. Relay guests orders to the kitchen, serve courses from kitchen and service bars. Must use correct service procedures. Observes diners during service to respond to any additional requests and to determine when their meal has been completed. Perform other services as determined by establishment’s size and practices. Completes all closing duties, including proper breakdown of dining room. Set up dining room with clean and polished equipment. Previous server experience required. Must speak English.
Sales and Marketing
The Group Sales Manager will be responsible for managing, prospecting and penetrating accounts from designated regions and/or markets. The Manager must meet or exceed sales goals, solicit new group business and develop existing accounts. Minimum of 4 years of hotel sales experience required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent communication skills. Bilingual a plus.
