Taba, an international border town 220 km north of Sharm El Sheikh, is a paradise overlooking Jordan, Israel, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. Against a backdrop of mountains and golden beaches, the coastline from Taba to Nuweiba is one of the highlights of the Sinai. Taba is home to numerous bays, coves, lagoons, a fjord and an island. The recently restored Salah El-Din fortress on Pharaoh's Island is another must-see for visitors.
