Split Level Suite
These unique suites featured a parlor and bedroom separated by a spiral staircase. With two locations-one has French doors that overlook the pool, while the second features a secluded patio perfect for entertaining. Each provides a unique sense of tranquility in the heart of the bustling French Quarter.

Petite Suite
These single room Petite Suites are anything but… with extra large seating areas, bathrooms and closets. Theses suites are available with either a king bed or two doubles.

Bourbon Balcony Entertainment Suite
The Bourbon Balcony Entertainment suites are a favorite for small groups and hospitality functions, and located on the second and third floors of the hotel. With French doors that open onto spacious, covered, wrought iron balconies that wrap around the building, the rooms face Bourbon, Conti or Bienville Streets. With either one or two bedrooms attached to a parlor, these coveted suites have wet bars and plenty of space for a reception accommodating between 50-150 people—with a bird’s eye view of the one of most famous streets in the world. Honeymoon Suite
Nestled away on the fourth floor with French doors opening to overlook the interior of the hotel- and its lush tropical courtyard, the honeymoon suite is everything a honeymoon suite should be. With its romantic canopy bed, the room boasts a dining area, dressing room, wet bar, and Jacuzzi with rich red, green and gold upholstery and accents.

Specialty Suites:
Presidential - With one or two bedrooms on the fifth floor, the lavishly appointed parlor of the Presidential Suite has marble floors, sparkling chandeliers, oriental rugs, and silk drapes which pool onto the floor. Rich shades of green and rose adorn the suite which has a bar, seating area, dining room and foyer.

Governor - Located on the third floor, the Governor’s Suite features one or two bedrooms, two seating areas in the parlor, a dressing room and bar, with hardwood floors and French doors that open onto the courtyard of the pool. Deep earth tones make this suite feel like home.

Senator - Located on the third floor, the Senator's Suite features one or two bedrooms, large seating area and dining table in the parlor, a dressing room and bar, with rich gold and red tones and French doors that open onto the courtyard of the pool.

Ambassador - This one or two bedroom suite is located on the fourth floor of the hotel. With a spacious parlor, bar and dressing room, the suite features French doors that overlook the pool.
