Exciting property repairs and enhancements

Sonesta ES Suites Orlando is scheduled for a number of repairs and enhancements to the hotel and grounds at various points throughout 2013.  We're certain you will be very pleased with the results when complete, and we will do our best to ensure that there will be minimal impact on your guest experience while the work is being done.  The hotel will remain open throughout the improvements. 

Current Work Updates:
As of May 1st, we have completed the project of repairing and replacing our roof.  Except for customary minor repairs and cleaning no other work is currently being carried out on property.

Model Suite:
We have a constructed a model suite with many of the design features that our hotel will include once the project is complete.  While some of the features of this suite may still change, it will give everyone who sees it a good idea of the future look and feel of the Sonesta ES Suites in Orlando.  We are conducting tours for our guests weekdays Monday through Friday at 9:30 and 4:00pm.  We hope to have a chance to show them to you!
