Good Morning: I just wanted to send off a quick note to you and the staff at Great Bay to Thank you for the site visit. We all enjoyed the wonderful tour of the property. It's always nice to see the property that you recommend to your clients and know that they will enjoy their vacation. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating and I did like how you handled the Customer who had an issue. Customer service and staff make for a great vacation We were all very impressed with the property, I especially loved the one bedroom suites, and look forward to booking our clients at Great Bay. Hello, my husband & I wanted to thank the Sonesta Great Bay Resort and staff for another great vacation. This was our second time to the resort (March 22 to March 29). We loved the resort so much last year that we returned this year with two other couples. From Vivian at the front desk, Charlene in wait staff, Nasmarie, Denroy, Theo in entertainment, Cleopatra in management and the many other staff that I didn't have pen in hand to write their name - all were courteous, friendly and helpful. The food was excellent again. The rooms are luxurious and clean. The bar in the upper pool/dining area really looks fabulous with the modern upscale design. Previously, my husband & I were going annually to an all-inclusive resort in Jamaica. We attended the resort 12 times. In that time, they have never been as gracious, friendly, or concerned of our opinion of the resort as Sonesta Great Bay has been in just two stays. Needless to say, our new vacation resort is now Great Bay Resort. I want to express a special thanks for the bottle of champagne that was waiting for us in the room the last full day we were there. Coming up from the beach and opening the door and seeing that brought tears to my eyes and made for a magical night. Again, thank you for a fantastic vacation. Hi Karl and team. Once again we all had another wonderful trip. The week went too fast as it always does when on vacation. We had a great time! We saw major improvements in many areas. Keep in the excellent work!! Just wanted to say THANKS AGAIN to you and your staff. I really appreciate all you did to upgrade us and the group where you could. The butler service we received from Taro and Marisa was really awesome! Karl, you have a great team that I enjoyed working with including Kevin, Rosalie, Cleo, Carla, Taro and Marisa, Nigel, Denroy and many others I will mention in my trip advisor comments once I get a chance to do that. When we left on Saturday, many of your staff gave us hugs and told us they will miss us, they hope to see us soon and that they enjoyed our group and had fun getting to know us. “ This was our 8th or 9th stay with Sonesta Great Bay and it was our best stay so far. When we arrived we were greeted by some faces from our past and from some new faces. Everyone at this resort went above and beyond to make this visit the best it could be. Our room was spotless and it was always service with a smile. Maintenance could be painting, changing a bulb, or watering the beautiful flowers displayed around the hotel and they would stop, smile, and say hello. We had dinner at all three restaurants and I must say we were very impressed. The food was fabulous. Bar service was amazing at all times but then again with a team like Jose, Dustin, and Michael you can't go wrong. We wanted to let you know that what you have done at Great Bay is wonderful and keeping many of the long timers is such a greet deal breaker, it is our home away from home. Every person we spoke with loved Great Bay and said they would return, a lot of that has to do with your staff. We look forward to vacationing with you every year God willing. We have always recommended your hotel to people we speak to and we will continue to do so. Keep up the good work and kudos to you for having the most amazing staff on the island of St Maarten. “This resort is one of the best we have stayed at in the Caribbean. The friendliness and responsiveness of the staff, especially the Butlers, were outstanding! Ricardo's and Taro's service with trays of appetizers and a stocked refrigerator and all amenities were outstanding. They even included towel sculptures both in our room and at the poolside chairs. The food was fantastic: varied entries and buffets throughout the week. The entertainment was fantastic also.
