Jane Colby Hired as new Global Account Director
Sonesta International Hotels Corporation has named Jane Colby as Global Account Director. Jane joins the growing global sales team for Sonesta today and is responsible for overseeing transient sales focused on clients from the Midwest and West Coast.
“Jane is very well-connected in the corporate transient sales market, and that will help Sonesta to significantly grow our presence with key customers within the Midwest and West Coast,” said Carol Bullock, Sonesta’s Vice President of Sales. “Jane has experience in domestic and international hotel global sales, including Central and South America. She will capitalize on our reputation for operating unique, high quality hotels and resorts worldwide to form strategic customer relationships with meeting planners and develop new business for Sonesta.”
Jane brings to Sonesta almost 20 years of experience in the lodging industry, having held global sales management positions with Starwood, Hilton, Kimpton and most recently as Midwest Regional Sales Manager for CARINO Hotel Group. She has been involved in all aspects of hotel sales, directing property specific, regional and international efforts.
