Hotel Executive Chef Recognized with 2011 Hospitality Leadership Award

The Sonesta Bayfront Hotel Coconut Grove is pleased to announce the recognition of Executive Chef Christopher Cramer as 2011 Culinary Manager of the Year.  The award was presented by the Greater Miami & the Beaches Hotel Association (GMBHA) at their December 12th event.

According to the GMBHA guidelines, the Culinary Manager of the Year Award is awarded to the person who represents leadership and responsibility; follows policies and procedures of the hotel. This person takes initiative, depicts creativity, and ensures 100% employee relations and costumer satisfaction.
