This philosophy, which we call Food is Art, allows us to create new seasonal menus, offering a unique culinary experience for each event.
To enhance your experience, we will customize any menus to your exact specifications. From custom-designed menus, to box lunches to enjoy along the Bayfront, to gala-themed evening events in our Biscayne Ballroom, we can make your vision a reality. We will accommodate all diet-related restrictions and requests, including any medical and/or religious considerations, with proper notification.
