Extended Stay Requirements and Service Charges (excluding taxes):

  • Extended stay rates & accommodations are subject to availability
  • Minimum number of nights required: 28
  • Self-parking service fee: $200 per month per vehicle
  • Washer & dryer combinations are available at $200 per month (available upon request in suites only)
  • Housekeeping services 2 times per week. Additional services available, additional fees apply
  • 1st month's prepayment required at time of booking
  • Each subsequent month will be charged 3 days prior to commencement of the month.

Cancellation Policy
  • Cancel more than 45 days prior to arrival, 20% cancellation fee applies.
  • Cancel within 45 days, but more than 14 days prior to arrival, 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • Cancel within 14 days of arrival, 75% cancellation fee applies.

Early Departure Policy
  • Balance of full month charged; no pro-rating.
  • A $1000 security deposit charged upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection at check-out.
