Sonesta Bayfront Hotel Coconut Grove's food and beverage department has a reputation for outstanding service and attention to detail for Miami meeting catering. All of our food and beverage is prepared on site, embracing our philosophy of using the freshest ingredients from local sources. This philosophy–which we call Food Is Art–allows us to create new seasonal menus offering a unique culinary experience at each event.

To enhance your event in Miami, we will customize any menu to your exact specifications. From custom-designed menus, to unique box lunches  to gala-themed evening events in our grand ballroom, we can make your vision a reality. With proper notification we will accommodate all diet-related restrictions and requests, including any medical and/or religious considerations.

To energize your event, we can recommend outside companies to create a specific atmosphere with linens and props. We also have recommendations for use of any of the following, during any portion of your conference: chair rentals, entertainment, florals, gift bags/baskets, linens, menu printing/calligraphy or photographers.
