On-Call Banquet Server
Prepares function rooms for banquet events; sets tables and place settings. Serves food & beverage to guests during banquets functions. Ladles soup, tosses salads, portion pies and desserts, brews coffee. Garnishes and decorates dishes prior to serving. Clears and resets tables at the conclusion of each course. High school degree preferred. Prior hotel and/or banquets experience. Detail oriented. Must be able to push and / or lift 40 lbs. English required.
Line Cook 2
Prepares all food items while giving attention to cleanliness and sanitation, quality standards, taste, timeliness, and cost effectiveness with respect for fellow cooks and the hotel environment. Must be able to supervise Line Cook III.
Line Cook 3
Responsible for full set up and preparation of hot food items for restaurants. Assists Restaurant Chef with organization and sanitation of main kitchen including walk-ins & freezers. Control quality and consistency of all food served. Insure that station or relevant prep list is set in a timely manner. Assists in controlling food costs. Demonstrates knowledge of all food items produced by an assigned station. Handles and stores food properly and safely. Produce all orders consistently, quickly, and in accordance with established quality standards. Demonstrates safe and competent use of all tools: knives, pots, pans, stoves, ovens, grills, slickers, steamers, etc. Demonstrates knowledge of all basic techniques: sauté, braise, poach, grill poele, fry, steam, etc. Dress in the full appropriate uniform at all times. Respect scheduled hours of work and have all exceptions to these scheduled hours approved by a manager. Demonstrate respect for fellow associates, equipment, and customers. Helps assist in other areas of kitchen when not busy.
Food & Beverage
Supervises all aspects of the restaurant and room service by ensuring top efficiency and high guest satisfaction. Assist in the coordination and supervises preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverage products to ensure highest quality at all times. Inspects all side stations are fully stocked for shift. Responsible for Restaurant and Room Service set-up procedures and overall staff appearance. Resolves any complaints, questions or comments from guest. Daily inspection of restaurant and room service physical appearance. Inspect all menus for good conditions. Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year previous experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor. Must be hands on with a strong knowledge of restaurant operations. Must speak English.
Front Desk Agent
Welcomes and registers hotel guests adhering to established credit policies and procedures. Check in and out hotel guests, as well as assist with any requests such as directions, restaurant recommendation, reservations, etc. Quotes room and rate availability for current and future dates. Assist with the answering of hotel’s switchboard and directs caller appropriately. Must have a minimum of 1 year customer service experience required, preferably with hotels. Flexible schedule and English required.
Cleans and maintains all areas of the Hotel such as but not limited to public areas, restrooms, guest corridors, guest rooms, fitness center, meeting rooms, pool deck, elevators, offices, and employee areas. Will also assist in the laundry department along with any special deep cleaning projects. Prior hotel housekeeping experience and high school degree preferred. Must be able to communicate and understand English.
Expected to greets guests at initial contact. Present menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service. Take guest orders properly and promptly. Write all orders on check legibly. Ring all Food and Beverage items and settle guest check. Relay guests orders to the kitchen, serve courses from kitchen and service bars. Must use correct service procedures. Observes diners during service to respond to any additional requests and to determine when their meal has been completed. Ladles soup, tosses salads, portions pies and desserts, brews coffee, and perform other services as determined by establishment’s size and practices. Completes all closing duties, including proper breakdown of dining room. Set up dining room with clean and polished equipment.
Maintain the appearance, organization and cleanliness of the pool deck. Provide great customer service to our owners and guests by assisting with towels, chairs and any additional items requested. Verify owner and guest information for pool access. Must be able to communicate in English, previous pool attendant experience preferred
