Sales Department

Assistant Sales Manager
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Make at least 20 outside sales calls a week, conduct sales call ( 3 1/2 days a week to be spent outside of the office), entertain and give hotel side inspections to existing and prospective accounts, work with support staff to assure those administration duties and handled properly, oversee reservation requests; work closely with reservation dept. to clear space during sold-out periods for member accounts, submit a weekly activity & production report to the Director of sales & marketing, prepare a monthly production report. JOB REQUIREMENTS 2 years of sales experience, ability to communicate information to others, organizational skills.

Sales Manager - Business Travel Market
We are looking for an individual with a proven record of success of growing the corporate travel market for a hotel(s). We are seeking an independent, confident self-starter with an assertive selling style who will bring an entrepreneurial flair to our Business Travel team. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES •To meet and exceed group “ plan , solicit new group business and develop existing accounts, conduct sales calls, as indicated by the yearly marketing plan, Handle all correspondence confirmation, letters, information letters etc…, Entertain clients and conduct site inspections, prospect various new lead lists to expand account base, trace calls to existing accounts on a timely basis, establish familiarization with competition, participate in GSL, sales trips and blitzes, Participate in MOD program. JOB REQUIREMENTS •3-4 years of sales experience, ability to communicate information to others, organizational skills. This position reports to the Senior Business Travel Sales Manager. Travel is required.

The Executive Secretary
The Executive Secretary assists the Director of Sales and Sales Managers in sales operations including: reserving meetings and conferences, coordinating wedding groups, general administrative functions, and arranging sales blitzes and giveaways. This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
