  • All appointments valued at $35 or more must be reserved with and guaranteed by a credit card or a gift certificate.
  • Please note our request for at least a 24-hour advance notice of cancellation.  All no-shows and appointment cancellations less than 24-hours prior to the appointment will be subject to a charge of 50% of the full service price.
  • Gift certificates make excellent gifts and may be purchased at the Sonesta Club or over the phone.
