The Royal Sonesta Hotel currently offers the following services for its business travelers.

  • T1 and ISDN lines - These high-speed telecommunication lines are available in both our function rooms and guestrooms. This technology provides the ability to use video conferencing and Internet at T1 speed.
  • On-site networking – any configuration of conference and guestrooms can be set up to communicate within the same private network.
  • Internet - Plug and play, unlimited high speed wired and wireless Internet access is available for free from all guestrooms and from all function rooms for a nominal fee per connection.
  • Laptops – wired and wireless rentals are available for use with high speed Internet access from our guestrooms and public space for an inclusive daily charge.
  • Dataports - All guestrooms are equipped with dataport telephones allowing guests to easily connect their personal modem or fax machines. There are two lines and two telephones per room.
  • Voice Mail - All guestrooms are equipped with voice mail that is accessible from inside or outside the hotel.
  • Fiber Optic Lines – Conference rooms are wired with fiber optic for remote television camera access.
  • Business Center – Staffed weekdays from 7:30AM-11:30AM with private office for service after hours. After hours this quiet area within the lobby with conference table, individual seating areas and both traditional and wireless Internet/T1 access for laptops.
  • KVL: On-site event company to handle audio/visual, presentation and ‘office away from the office’ meeting needs.
  • Concierge - Available 7AM-11PM daily.
