Manage and create financial analysis of balance sheet, income and expense accounts. Update DSTAT and balance daily journal entry. Daily audits of Opera adjustments, transmit travel agent commissions. Follow all Corporate Internal Control procedures, maintain records, process paperwork, reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, end of period processes and verify all procedures are in compliance with standards. Four-year degree required, preferably Accounting or Finance. CPA/CMA/MBA desirable. Minimum two year Accounting experience preferred. Hotel experience preferred. Ability to access and accurately input information into a computer using various computer software such as but not limited to, Opera, Micros, Kronos and Yardi.

The Assistant Director of Housekeeping will have the opportunity to work with the housekeeping team and to ensure that the team cleans and maintains guestrooms and public areas according to the hotel’s high standards of cleaning and service. The qualified candidate will have strong interpersonal and supervisory skills. This position will be responsible for the supervision of guestroom attendants and house persons, and overseeing the cleaning of guestrooms and public areas. The position assigns, inspects and verifies and reports status of rooms. Monitors payroll reports, work schedules and lost and found items. Keeps designated inventories (i.e. linen, etc.) and ensure stock rooms and carts are maintained with proper supplies.
