We are looking for an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead the team in maintaining our high quality product and service for our guests in the future. Successful candidates will have experience in a 4-star or above property. They will have a demonstrated history of elevating service levels in the department with an approach of never ending improvement. Must have experience with a multicultural workforce. Must have experience in effectively managing payroll, inventories, quality control and developing the team. College Degree. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in a four star hotel. Experience with payroll scheduling productivity and training. Significant organizational and leadership skills. Excellent verbal and written skills. English required bilingual preferred.
